💳 Billing Conditions
- Billed automatically every month on purchase date
- Cancel anytime with 30 days written notice
- No refunds on current billing cycle after work has begun
- Pausing available once per year for up to 30 days with 14 days advance notice
- Pricing locked in for 12 months from enrollment date
- DAC7 reserves the right to adjust pricing with 60 days notice
⏰ Hours & Scheduling Conditions
- Hours reset on billing date each month
- Rollover hours expire after 60 days
- Hours are non-transferable between clients
- Unused hours beyond rollover limits are forfeited
- Monthly kickoff call required within 5 business days of billing
- Work requests submitted via email with 48-hour response time
- Rush requests outside scheduled hours billed at 1.5x applicable rate
- DAC7 reserves the right to reschedule with 24-hour notice
